Warranty Coverage
Innovex Golf, Inc. (“Innovex Golf”) warrants its golf clubs to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime of use by the original purchaser beginning on the date of purchase. Innovex Golf will, without charge to the consumer, repair or replace any product or component or part thereof that is defective or becomes defective during normal use by the original purchaser anytime after the date of purchase from Innovex Golf. At its option, Innovex Golf may replace the product with a new or refurbished product. Innovex Golf does not warrant its products against abuse, loss, theft, damage caused by third parties or use of the clubs in any manner not consistent with their original intent. This warranty does not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear. Also, adjustments made to the clubs in the form of re-shafting, alteration of loft and/or lie, re-engraving of score lines or other indented surfaces, as well as cleansing of clubs with abrasives which scratch the surface, nullifies the warranty. To obtain warranty service in the United States, please return the product directly to Innovex Golf. Please call Innovex Golf toll free at (866) 402-6097 for further warranty instructions. The customer is responsible for freight to Innovex Golf and Innovex Golf will pay the return freight.

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Innovex Golf disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than Innovex Golf, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Innovex Golf also disclaims any implied warranty, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and assumes no responsibility for any special, incidental, or consequential damages as to all products and components. Innovex Golf further disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for, defects in workmanship caused by third parties. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights; a consumer may nave other rights depending upon where he or she lives. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to everyone. Outside of the United States, local taxes, tariffs or shipping charges may apply.
